eRetail Europe 2018: A LinkedIn debrief

eRetail Europe 2018 wasn’t just an opportunity for me to present my keynote presentation, but also a chance to hear from some fellow ecommerce thought leaders.

eRetail Europe 2018 was an ecommerce event hosted by EMERCE in October 2018 in the glorious city of Amsterdam. It’s aim was to bring together ecommerce thought leaders from across Europe.

I was fortunate enough to present the opening keynote, covering the ingredients of profitable customer journeys. There was also a Salesforce leaders breakfast and talks throughout the day from Volkswagen, Salesforce, Photobox, AltaPay, Google, Online Dialogue, ABTasty, Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein amongst many more. Plus, an evening of networking with fellow ecommerce thought leaders from companies including Oracle, Lego, Nike and Dyson.
