Several promotional flyers, leaflets and posters have been produced over a number of years to advertise upcoming fund-raising events such as ‘Table-top’ sales and ‘introduction’ days.

Miscellaneous Printed Material
Ranging from custom designed, double side printed business cards to front and back t-shirt design. Birthday invites, ‘baby-photo’ t-shirts and promotional JohnAlexanderRowley.com brand t-shirts are amongst the products produced.

Keith Rowley Inspection Management
Keith Rowley Inspection Management was a basic website aimed at promoting the skill-set and qualifications of Mr. Keith Rowley for contractual work on a part-time basis. The website acted as a brief online resume alongside LinkedIn.

Image Manipulation & Graphic Design
An ongoing part-time project / hobby is image manipulation. Producing ‘impossible’ imagery such as a car full of one person or a different reflection from a mirror. Largely done in Photoshop with self-taken images.

E.ON – Ironbridge PowerStation, Staffordshire (2009)
Before my industrial placement in 2009 some additional time was spent traveling to E.ON’s Ironbridge PowerStation in Staffordshire to continue part-time work in the NDT department. Many of the same responsibilities as with previous work (Kingsnorth, 2007) were still relevant. These included carrying test equipment, preparing working environments and aiding with recordings of technical readings.

E.ON – Kingsnorth PowerStation, Kent (2007)
In 2007 several months work took place on Kingsnorth PowerStation, in Kent (near London). Worked during major unit outages as part of the Non-Destructive Team (NDT). Work included assessing, reporting and prioritising workloads as well as communicating and managing various schedules with a variety of personnel in hazardous conditions. Various mandatory exams were completed before access to site was permitted including a 3 day safety course and Confined Space exercises. Relied upon to be thorough, responsible and work as part of a team to meet deadlines under strenuous conditions as well as prompt and professional behaviour on and around site.
